Meet The Chef
For as long as I can remember I’ve had a deep passion for the art of cooking and of course, eating. From a young age I have always been keen to try new flavours and get stuck in in the kitchen.
My culinary journey started at college where I studied the Culinary Arts for 2 years. From then on I was hooked! I was lucky enough to travel to different parts of the world and develop my love for food by learning and eating my way through different cultures. After working in the superyacht industry for a few years and discovering different parts of the Mediterranean, I decided to bring my passion back to Jersey.
My biggest inspiration for food will always be the way it brings people together; some of my fondest memories are filled with times spent in the kitchen with my family.
I hope to bring a relaxed and bespoke dining experience to your homes and venues.
